You can qualify to apply for PSLF for those who have one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying installments on that loan. You may be able to apply for PSLF after you have made only 10 qualifying loans, however, you must apply for it before the end of the repayment period.

You do not need to apply for PSLF in the first month of the repayment period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 installments before filing for it.
