PSLF Volunteer Work – Form PSLF PSLF form is one form which you need to fill out in order to qualify for the Public Service loan forgiveness program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to forgive your debts at the end of 10 years’ work. For you to qualify for this program, you need to perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
