PSLF Waiver Form – A PSLF form is one form that you have to complete in order to participate in the Public Services loan forgiveness program. The PSLF is a program that allows to get your loans repaid after 10 years of service. If you want to participate in this program, you need to work full-time for a qualified employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.

If you’re not sure whether you are a qualifying employer, then here are some of the things that count:

-Your government employer

“A” stands for 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation

A non-profit or public health care institution

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

What is the deadline to file for PSLF Waiver Form?

You are eligible to file for PSLF If you hold an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying installments on that loan. You might be able to apply for PSLF with only 10 qualifying installments, but you must apply for it during the first 10 years after the start of your repayment period.

You do not need to make an application for PSLF at the beginning of your repayment period. You will have to wait until the completion of 120 transactions before submitting your application.
