Slac PSLF Form – PSLF form PSLF form is an form that you will need to fill out to be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is program that allows you to get your loans repaid at the end of 10 years’ work. In order to be eligible the program, you need to work full-time for an eligible employer and make 120 on-time payments.

The organization is 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
A non-profit, public health care institution
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I have to file for Slac PSLF Form?
You are eligible for PSLF if you have a loan that is eligible and you have made 120 qualifying payments on that loan. It’s possible to file for PSLF by making just 10 qualifying installments, but you must file for it at the beginning of the 10th year of your repayment period.
There is no requirement to declare PSLF before the commencement of your loan period. You can wait until having made 120 payments before filing for it.
